A telehealth visit is a virtual medical appointment conducted through a secure video platform, allowing you to meet with our provider without visiting the clinic.

How long does the appointment last?

Most telehealth visits last between 10–20 minutes, depending on your needs.

What conditions can be treated through telehealth?

Telehealth is appropriate for many common concerns, including cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, skin conditions, hormone consultations, weight loss management, lab reviews, and medication refills when appropriate.

Will I receive prescriptions if needed?

Yes. If medically appropriate, prescriptions can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

What if I need lab work or additional testing?

If lab work is required, we will provide orders and guide you on where to complete testing locally.

Do you accept insurance?

Telehealth visits are $75 self-pay and are not billed through insurance.
